Head Coach / Personal Trainer

Craig is a personal trainer and professional baseball & softball coach who spent 6 years living in the United States playing college and professional baseball.  This experience has led Craig to having a strong passion for the fitness industry and makes him uniquely qualified to understand how people grow and achieve their goals. Craig has developed many different training techniques through playing and coaching career and really knows how to relate the material and message to his clients. His programs range for people wanting to lose weight, enhance their athletic prowess, change their body shape, and push their bodies to new limits and for those who just wish to have fun while exercising. Craig will help you achieve your goals!

Craig plays his summer baseball with the Baulkham Hills Baseball Club in the NSW State League Competition and his winter baseball with the historic Marrickville Penguins Baseball Club in the Sydney Winter Major League competition. Craig has been a perennial recipient of the Gold Glove award with both clubs for his consistent high performance behind the plate. Craig attended King College in Bristol, Tennessee as an academic and athletic scholarship holder. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration in 2008. During Craig’s collegiate career he earned All-American Academic honors and Appalachian Athletic Association Academic All-Conference honors.
